Ukraine’s Global Army: Ukraine’s “International Legion” continues to attract foreign volunteers, bolstered by global support, while a proposed “Global Army” concept gains traction to counter Russia, though it’s not yet formalized as of March 2025.
New legislation allows UA army to deploy abroad as necessary: Ukraine’s parliament passed a law in early 2025 enabling its military to operate internationally under specific conditions, like defending national interests or supporting allies, amid Kursk operations and NATO debates.
